Apparel Shipping, Returns & Disclaimer

Here at Equipad we love transparency and ensuring our customers fully understand our processes and procedures when ordering from us. All current apparel has been carefully curated and designed at Equipads Headquarters in Brisbane, Australia by fellow equestrians like yourself. We are delighted to now be offering numerous new products including, T-shirts, caps and cases, a great addition to the limited edition Equipad merchandise range.

Please note, future technical riding products will be available, when available, our merchandise products will no longer be available and all shipping and returns will be conducted from our Brisbane, Australia warehouse.


Our USA Supplier

Our current supply of merchandise is all made to order, we have teamed up with a reputable manufacturer in the USA to create our amazing printed tee's, phone cases and embroidered caps. Working with our supplier, all merchandise products will be shipped from their USA warehouse straight to your door so when a package shows up addressed from the USA, don't be wary, it's just your goodies finding their way home.


Made to Order - Lead time

All merchandise is made to order meaning there is a 2-7 business day lead time prior to product shipment however 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 or fewer business days.



Please ignore current timeframes when checking out and selecting shipping, these are our standard time frames for shipments leaving our Brisbane, Australia warehouse. Please note the following timeframes below apply for all merchandise. All merchandise products are shipped separately from brushing boots and saddle pads. If you ordered both brushing boots and merchandise, you will receive two order notifications.

Within the USA

The standard shipping timeframe is 2-5 days.

Everywhere outside of the USA

Shipping outside of the USA takes anywhere from 5 to 15 days. 



Unfortunately, due to our apparel items including T-shirt’s, phone cases and caps being made to order, we can not accept returns on change of mind or incorrect size purchase.

Returns are accepted if your product is defective, misprinted, damaged or lost in transit, you must notify us as soon as you become aware. You can notify us by sending an email with your order number and full name to and we promise to get it fixed for you as soon as possible. You have 14 days after delivery to submit a return notice. We do not offer returns for change of mind. 


Product Colours

You may notice a different colour name on your product than what you ordered this is because we've given them fresh new names so unless your items colour doesn't match what you ordered (for example, you ordered a blue shirt but got a red shirt instead), there's no need to worry!
