Admin/warehouse and social media assistant (casual)

Based in Chambers Flat, QLD Australia (4133)


Equipad is looking for an admin/warehouse and social media assistant! This role is suited to someone with strong social media and computer skills. In this role you will be working Monday, Wednesday and Friday, approximately 3-5 hours a day.

Your roles will include:
  • Responding to customer emails, live chats and social media enquiries. Someone with a level of horse and horse tack knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Resolving customer disputes
  • Assisting with running our social media, includes responding to customers' posts, messages, and comments and in general, interacting with our community online.
  • Ordering and checking stock of packaging supplies
  • Reviewing and responding to online reviews
  • Dropping off to Australia Post and organising pick-ups
  • Ability to learn and efficiently our online systems such as Shopify and various apps and website tools.
  • Stock counting and re-ordering stock
  • Managing orders and pre-orders
  • Occasionally, assisting with local photoshoots
  • There may be some work-from-home opportunities

The right candidate must:
  • Have knowledge about horses and equestrian tack
  • Have a valid drives license and vehicle 
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Ability to travel to Chambers Flat
