Mystery boxes can not be returned as per any sale item. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Mystery box items. Exchanges MAY be granted for size exchanges, provided it is the same item of the same colour and the size preferred is in stock. We will do our best to curate each mystery box to each customers previous orders, however, we can NOT guarantee that you won't receive duplicate items as to what you may already have ordered in the past. Shipping for Mystery boxes may be slower due to the expected high demand, please allow 3-4 business days for shipping.
