- your item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- Your item is faulty or the item is damaged and the packaging is fine (i.e. not damaged by shipping)
- Item must have all tags attached
- Items must be unworn and unwashed in the original packagingNO
Unfortunately we can not accept returns for item/s that:
- were purchased more than 30 days ago.
- If the item does not have the original tags attached
- The item has visible been worn or the item has been tried on your horse
- are gift cards/vouchers
- was purchased on sale or at a discounted price -

Please note, for sold out stock: any items that are sold out at the time of request for an exchange, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund for this item. We can offer a return for store credit.

Unfortunately at this stage when returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for the shipping cost. These costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and signed service and to keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage in the unfortunate case the item may become lost in transit.
If your item has been deemed faulty after contacting our support team, you will need to pay for your shipment and send a proof of receipt to info@equipadequestrian.com. Return shipping costs will only be credited up to $45.00 AUD.

You have 30 days from delivery to decide if you totally love your product.
Firstly, please ensure your item/s fits our return and exchange criteria. If your item/s fit these criteria, please go to our returns and exchanges portal.
Whether you are from Australia or International, please ensure your item is returned to the correct address below:
When returning your parcel we highly recommend using a signed and tracked service and to keep your receipt as proof of shipment.
Once we have received and approved your return we will refund you within 10 working days.

Once your item has been received, we will refund your item within 10 working days. You will receive an email notification with your refund details.
Once the refund has been processed please allow up to 10 working days for it to process back into the payment method you originally used to purchase with.
