I need to change the shipping address on my order?

A change of address can only be applied before your order is shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping confirmation email has been sent to you, we are unable to change your address and you will need to contact the shipment provider on your tracking to arrange a change of address.

My order has been shipped but seems to be delayed?

Australia Post, DHL and our local couriers are still experiencing some delays due to COVID. Keep an eye on your tracking to follow your order’s progress. If your tracking does not update within a few days, please contact us via email info@equipadequestrian.com and we will assist.

My item seems to have been lost in transit?

If your item has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately via email info@equipadequestrian.com.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All domestic (Australian) orders are shipped for FREE when you spend $150.00 or more with us.

All international orders are shipped for FREE when you spend $250.00 or more with us.

Who do you ship with?

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. We offer both express and standard delivery options. Please select your delivery method at the checkout. 

How do I exchange my item for a different size/style?

For exchanges, please contact us at info@equipadequestrian.com with:

- your order number- what item you would like to exchange- what you would like to exchange it for

We will respond as soon as possible confirming we have stock available for the exchange as well as the return address.

Once we respond and confirm we have the correct stock to exchange, whether you are from Australia or International, please ensure your item is returned to the correct address below.

We recommend using a tracked and signed service and to keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage for if the item becomes lost in transit.

When returning your parcel please include a note with the following details:

- your order number
- Your full name
- Your email & phone number

Please note, for sold out stock: any items that are sold out at the time of request for an exchange, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund for this item. We can offer a return for store credit.

Express Shipping - 1-3 days*

Express shipping takes 1 to 3 days on average to arrive Australia Wide. This service is Carbon Neutral. Free express shipping is available when you spend $150.00 or more.

Standard Shipping - 2 to 10 days

Standard shipping takes 2 to 10 days on average to arrive Australia Wide. This service is Carbon Neutral.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders outside of Australia are shipped for FREE when you spend $250.00 or more with us.

All domestic (Australian) orders are shipped for FREE when you spend $150.00 or more with us.

Who do you ship with?

Orders outside of Australia are shipped via DHL Express. This is the fastest and most reliable shipping option from Australia. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 days.

Customs & Duties Charges

Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be. Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur.

Currency Changes

Please Note, there may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
