Order Despatch

Once placed, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days however, we will endeavour to ship same day. Orders are shipped from our head quarters in Brisbane, Australia.

 

Orders within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. We offer both express and standard delivery options. Please select your delivery method at the checkout. 

All domestic orders are shipped for FREE when you spend $150.00 or more with us.

Express Shipping - 1-3 days*

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express shipping. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 days.

All international orders are shipped for FREE when you spend $250.00 or more with us.

 

Customs & Duties Charges

Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be. Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur.

 

Currency Changes

Please Note, there may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers. 

   

Delivery

I need to change the shipping address on my order?

A change of address can only be applied before your order is packed and shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping confirmation email has been sent to you, we are unable to change your address and you will need to contact the shipment provider on your tracking to arrange a change of address.

 

My order has been shipped but seems to be delayed?

Australia Post, DHL and our local couriers are still experiencing some delays due to COVID. Keep an eye on your tracking to follow your order’s progress. If your tracking does not update within a few days, please contact us via email info@equipadequestrian.com and we will assist.

 

My item seems to have been lost in transit?
