Order Despatch

Once placed, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days however, we will endeavour to ship same day. Please note: during busy sale period this may change to 2 to 5 days. No matter what, we’ll always do our best to ship your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Orders within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. We offer both express and standard delivery options. Please select your delivery method at the checkout.

Express Shipping - 1-3 days*

Standard Shipping - 2 to 10 days

Australia Wide. This service is Carbon Neutral.

 

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via DHL Standard Shipping. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. 

Standard Shipping - 5 to 11 working days (this varies between every country)

Please note, COVID19 delays may also occur. Equipad will not be held responsible for any customs delays on delivery. At this point in time, we are currently working to offer a more affordable international express option.

 

Customs & Duties Charges

Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be. Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur.

 

Currency Changes

Please Note, there may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers. 

 

United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Papua New Guinea

Shipping to United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Papua New Guinea: At present, we only accept PO box addresses for these destination countries. If you wish to ship your item to a personal address within these countries, please contact us at info@equipadequestrian.com.

 

My DHL shipping tracking is not showing?

Please allow up to 2 working days for your DHL shipment tracking to show once you receive a “order shipped” notification from us. Our DHL parcels have to transit from our warehouse in Brisbane to Sydney before they are processed and shipped internationally direct to you. This can take up to 2 working days. If it has been more than 2 working days and your tracking is still not showing, please get in touch with us at info@equipadequestrian.com.

 

Delivery

I need to change the shipping address on my order?

A change of address can only be applied before your order is packed and shipped. Once your order has been picked up and a tracking email has been sent to you, we are unable to change your address and you will need to contact the shipment on your tracking to arrange a change of address.

 

My order has been shipped but seems to be delayed?

Australia Post, DHL and our local couriers are processing and delivering much higher than normal volume this time of year, and have also implemented measures to keep their people and communities safe. This is contributing to delivery delays domestically and internationally. Keep an eye on your tracking to follow your order’s progress.

 

My item seems to have been lost in transit?

If your item has been lost in transit we recommend firstly contacting your shipping provider.
